Presently, a Partner at Gem Advocates, Stanley has a diverse background encompassing social justice and human rights having gained invaluable experience as the Program Officer in the Strategic Litigation Program at the Centre for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD), as well as during his tenure at Dalumba Advocates as an associate.


With a solid grounding in lobbying and negotiation, Stanley possesses a well-documented history of organizational leadership and expertise in a wide range of legal areas. His specialization lies in advising clients on dispute resolution, corporate governance, human rights, regulatory compliance, structuring and implementation of project finance, and commercial transactions.


Leveraging his vast knowledge and experience, Stanley brings a unique perspective to policy development in the industrial hemp sector. With a keen understanding of legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and human rights considerations, he offers strategic guidance to organizations seeking to navigate the complex landscape of hemp-related policy development.
